Once you have chosen, we sign the rental agreement and you receive an invoice.

In which countries can Travena arrange accommodation?
We operate in most cities and regions across Europe – including Scandinavia, Central and Western Europe (EU/EEA).
Can we rent for a short project?
Yes. Travena handles both short and long stays – from one week to several months.
What if the project is extended?
Our contracts are flexible. The stay can easily be extended by prior agreement.
Can you arrange housing in several locations at once?
Yes. We specialise in coordinating accommodation for teams working in several regions of Europe at the same time.
Are the offers binding?
No. All Travena offers are non-binding – you can decline at no cost and without pressure.
What if something goes wrong during the stay?
We are available throughout the rental period and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
